PURPOSE:To enable an abnormality in a battery power source to be easily and timely detected by providing memory means for storing a datum time information for beginning to use the loaded battery in a moving communication device mounted to a work in a production line. CONSTITUTION:A moving communication device 100 mounted to a work, when receives a starting information from a stationary communication device through an antenna 103a and discriminates a readout command by a comparator 106, transmits a production information in a RAM 101 and a manufacturing data information TS in a ROM 102 through a gate circuit 111, a modulation circuit 112, an amplifier 113, and an antenna 103b. The stationary communication device, when receives the information TS, obtains the difference between current data information and the information TS. When the obtained value exceeds the durable years TO of a loaded battery B, the stationary communication device feeds an alarm signal to an alarm device provided in a work station and the like. Thus, a highly reliable and extremely labor saving production line can be obtained. |
