PURPOSE:To perform treatments of mixing, granulating, coating, etc., by means of the same apparatus by placing a raw material on and under an air-permeable disk and providing a spray gun for spraying binder on the permeable disk. CONSTITUTION:Air is supplied from an air supplying pipe 9 in the state where the operation of a driving motor 8 and the rotation of an inclined plate 5 are stopped. The supplied air passes through the air ventilating holes of the air- permeable disk 4, proceeds upward, and the powdered raw material is fed. When the binder is sprayed from the spray gun 10, said material is allowed to flow by air which is passed through said disk 4. The air flow (has) arrived at the wall surface of a granulating chamber 1 ascends along the surface of wall and further attains to the granular flow whose central part is the air flow. Consequently, ore heavy-duty granulated matters than those obtained by a conventional fluidized-bed granulating apparatus can also be formed by the contact and friction between particles themselves or between granules and pulverized powder.
