PURPOSE:To make an elastic molded product to be automatically demolded from a mold by projecting a projection member at the intermediate position from an advance starting position to a finishing position after mold opening, and stopping there said member for a specified time. CONSTITUTION:The timer (1) in a control device 25 is caused to start count by the start of protruding operation. Simultaneously, the pressurized oil is supplied to the rear oil chamber 19b of a projection cylinder 19 from an oil pressure device 21, and a projection piston 20 starts to advance from an advance starting position P1. The timer (1) counts the time T1, and simultaneously with the finish of this count, the pressurized oil to the cylinder 19 is cut off, where by the movement of the projection piston 20 is stopped. This stop defines an intermediate position Pm. Simultaneously with the stop of the piston 20, a timer (2) starts count. Where the timer (2) counts the time Ts, the projection piston 20 advances again. Such time Ts becomes the stop time at the intermediate position Pm of the knockout piston 20. |
