PURPOSE:To align lead wires unidirectionally and precisely, by providing with a means for rocking a box having a plural of stripe shaped grooves formed on the bottom plate to insert the lead wires therein. CONSTITUTION:A plural of stripe-shaped grooves 2 each having a width sufficient for inserting one lead wire are formed longitudinally on the bottom plate 1. When the driving motor 14 is driven, an eccentric cam 13 is rotated counterclockwise to lower the rear end of the box 3. At this time, the rod 7 which is lowered and advanced along the cam configuration of the fixed cam 8, pushes the partition plate 4 to do opening operation so that the lead wires are dropped into the box 3. The eccentric cam 13 which is further rotated lowers the front end of the box 3 while the partition plate 4 does closing operation by means of a spring, in order to close the opening section of the box 3. The lead wires dropped into the stripe-shaped grooves on the bottom plate 1 passes below the partition plate 4 sliding in the grooves 2, and are ejected via a guide plate.
