PURPOSE:To provide a bed which is inexpensive to manufacture and excellent in damping properties, by a method wherein pastelike fiber-reinforced mortar is sprayed in a given thickness against the inner surface of shaping forms for a bed, and concrete is placed on the fiber-reinforced mortar. CONSTITUTION:When mortar 3 is sprayed on the inner surface of shaping forms 1 for bed by means of a mortar spraying gun 2, fiber 5, simultaneously, is sprayed by means of a fiber spraying gun 4. The fiber 5 is sprayed against the surface of fiber-reinforced mortar 6 by means of the fiber spraying gun 4, and after solidification, ordinary concrete is placed. The fiber 5 exposed from the surface of the fiber-reinforced mortar 6 causes firm joining of concrete 7 with the mortar. This causes the outer surface of a concrete bed to provide sufficient yield strength, and enables the concrete bed to be easily formed in a complicated shape having uneven surface. |
