PURPOSE:To eliminate oscillation noises due to abrasion between solid bodies and a defect in grounding, etc., due to the wear of a brush, a decrease in durability, and a brush differential pressure difference by charging conductive grease in a part which is a discontinuous part of an earth path from an upper drum to the outside and rotates relatively. CONSTITUTION:The tip end part of a conductive pin 11 made of silver carbon provided atop of a brush 5 screwed into a holder drum 4 is dipped in the conductive grease reserved in a hollow part 10. Static electricity charged on the upper drum 2 having a head 7 is transferred to the conductive grease 12 in the hollow part 10 directly or through a center shaft 1 and further transferred to a lower drum 8 through the pin 11 and the drum holder 4. This lower drum 8 is fitted in a main plate 13 fixed to a chassis and the static electricity transferred to the lower drum 8 is earthed.
