PURPOSE:To form a stator and a mover mutually in a noncontact system and miniaturize them with high performance, by providing two transit facts on both sides of the ridgeline of a stator, and by fixing blast nozzles and movable elements confronting the transit face on a saddle across the ridgeline to organize a mover. CONSTITUTION:A stator 19 is organized by forming two parallel faces 19A, 19B with magnetic pole tooth rows provided minutely for the almost full width, in an angular shape across a ridgeline. A mover 20 is organized by putting working faces 20A, 20B across the stator 19 so that the faces may confront the transit faces 19A, 19B in parallel, The working faces 20A, 20B are provided with field teeth and blast nozzles. Pressure air is emitted through blast nozzles, and till a space between the stator 19 and the mover 20 comes to a specified value, the mover 20 is pushed up. |
