PURPOSE:To display the copying range of an original corresponding to a specified form and to indicate some part of the original with simple and inexpensive constitution by driving a scale moving means which displays the copying range of the original, and an indicating device moving means which indicates some part of an original platen part where the original is set by one drive source. CONSTITUTION:Pointers 51 and 52 as an (x) scale are moved by an (x) scale moving means 59 which serves as the drive source of the indicating device moving means 67. Namely, the pointers 51 and 52 are provided to a timing belt 57 which is extended between pulleys 54 and 55. The pulley 54 is put in motion through the speed reducing mechanism consisting of the rotating shaft of a pulse motor 135 as the drive source of the indicating device moving means 67 and a bevel gear mechanism, and the pulse motor 135 is driven according to form size and magnification to vary the mutual distance between the pointers 51 and 52.
