PURPOSE:To make it possible to fetch a photoelectric signal fastly and accurately by separating a swich circuit group that is provided at every light sensor into a plural group by a connecting means, amplifying a photoelectric signal group form the connecting means and executing a common signal process. CONSTITUTION:Synchronizing with a shift pulse SP, a scanning command SS is given in order to a switch circuit 20j and a stored charge flows out each time and a current signal is given to a current amplifier circuit 40j through a connecting means 30j. Thereby, a connection between every sensor 10i and every IC becomes easier and the means 30j is also separated into n-number making possible to fetch the photoelectric signal from every sensor 10i accurately and fastly. The output of the circuit 40j is received by the integrating circuit 51 of a signal process circuit 50 that is provided in common. Thus, stray impedance that the means 30j has inevitably is lowered and without the influence of it, the fast fetching of the photoelectric signal is realized.
