PURPOSE:To prevent an accident between person and vehicle by providing a braking lamp on the front portion of the vehicle to connect said lamp to a rear braking lamp in an identical circuit and simultaneously light both lamps. CONSTITUTION:A braking monitor lamp is connectively wired to the same circuit as an existing braking lamp to be lit at the same time as the rear braking lamp and provided in a spot on the center line of a vehicle not to be mistaken for a direction indicator lamp due to the flickering character. And it is provided on the proximity of the upper portion of a bumper 2 in an automobile and on the lower edge of a head lamp in a motor cycle on the center line of these vehicle. Since it is provided on the front end of vehicle to improve visility, it is shaped to have no projection for the sake of safety and such that the lighting can be confirmed within at least 180 deg. angle as viewed from the proceeding direction. Also, it is blue or green colored with necessary and sufficient brightness not to be mistaken for the head lamp, fog lamp, clearance lamp direction indicating lamp and partking lamp. |
