<p>A tool holder that can be inserted into the working spindle of a machine tool is fitted with a cylindrical guide (11) on its shaft section (2) in the front area of the latter, for an elastically-supported cone ring (13), and has a flange section (3) which can be attached to a frontal end face (27) of the working spindle (S). In the rear area of the shaft section (2) there is provided a second cylindrical guide (12) for a second, also elastically supportable, cone ring (14). At least one of the cone rings (13, 14) is suitably fitted with a slot or is slotted.</p> |
