PURPOSE:To obtain high quality printing or photoprint not generating background staining or deterioration due to the wrinkles of an ink sheet, by providing a film feed roller receiving predetermined driving force sufficient to feed an ink film as the constitutional element of a means for feeding the ink film coated with heat-sensitive ink. CONSTITUTION:The recording paper 300 of a recording paper roll 301 is sent while held between a platen 13 and a paper press roller 41 and an ink film 200 is fed while held between the platen 13 and a release roller 22 to be taken up by a take-up roller 202 from a supply roll 201. The number of teeth of an ink film driving gear 15 and an ink film release roller gear 23 are determined so that the release roller 22 of the ink film 200 is rotated at a speed slightly faster than the platen 13. By this method, the ink film 200 is fed so as not to generate the relative slip with recording paper 300 at the time of printing or photoprinting and operation for feeding only the ink film in a predetermined amount is stably performed at the time of non-printing or non-photoprinting without receiving the effect of temp. or humidity. |
