PURPOSE:To form the coil having excellent connection resistance and electrically safe connection structure by a method wherein a metallic substance to be interposed such as a sleeve and the like is arranged on a strand conductor, they are formed in one body using a metallic adhesive substance, and then they are connected to other conductor or a current introducing terminal using a metallic adhesive substance. CONSTITUTION:The conductor 2 consisting of a strand wire 1 is formed in one body at the end part using a metallic adhesive substance 4, then they are formed into the metallic substance to be interposed such as a sleeve and the like, and the whole body of them is connected in one body using a metallic adhesive substance 4. After the above-mentioned structure is formed, each conductor is matched with other conductor, and they are connected using a metallic adhesive substance leaving a sufficient contact area between them, thereby enabling to obtain the structure having excellent characteristics. As a result, the connection having excellent characteristics can be accomplished, and a long-sized coil can be manufactured irrespective of the manufacturable length of the connector. Also, as the sufficient area of connection is provided between the conductors, the coil having excellent connection resistance can be manufactured. |
