PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compound having a specific structural form, improved curing properties with ultraviolet rays, etc. and improved physical properties of film of coating, by subjecting a specific diisocyanate prepolymer and a radically polymerizable compound to urethane bond, and reacting the urethane bond compound with a dihydric alcohol. CONSTITUTION:(A) A diisocyanate compound is reacted with (B) a polyester prepolymer containing hydroxyl groups at both ends in a ratio of 11-20:10(mo lar ratio), to give a prepolymer shown by the formula I (R<7> is residue of the component A; R<8> is residue of the component B; l is 1-10). Then, the prepolymer is reacted with (D) a radically polymerizable compound consisting of a (meth)acrylic ester compound containing a hydroxyl group at the end, to give a urethane bond compound (the compound E), which is further reacted with (F) a dihydric alcohol, to give the aimed compound shown by the formula II (R<1> and R<3> are 6-20C bifunctional hydrocarbon; R<2> and R<4> are residue of the component B; R<5> is residue of the component F; Q<1> and Q<2> are residue of the component D; m is 1-10).
