PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling by adopting the structure that air-tight sealing is applied by fitting a projected part of the piezoelectric vibrating chip and the recessed part of a sealing body so as to automate the alignment. CONSTITUTION:Exciting electrodes 12, 13 are provided to the surface of the piezoelectric vibrating chip 11 and prolonged to both ends respectively by connection parts 14, 15. Further, both the end faces of the chip 11 have projected parts 17, 18. On the other hand, the recessed parts 21, 22 in matching with the projected parts 17, 18 of the chip 11 are formed to the sealing conductive bodies 19, 20. Then the projected parts 17, 18 of both end faces of the chip 11 are fitted to the recessed parts 21, 22 of the sealing bodies 19, 20 at the inside of a sealing case 23 whose both ends are opened and air-tight sealing is applied. Through the structure above, the alignment is attained automatically. Thus, the assembling is attained easily.
