PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition capable of producing a product having sufficiently high strength and electrical conductivity, by compounding a thermoplastic resin with metallic fiber and a specific amount of a multi- component compound oxide composed mainly of ZnO, and preferably further with a lubricant such as fatty acid amide, metallic soap, etc. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.(wt.) of a thermoplastic resin is compounded with (B) 5-25vol% metallic fibers, e.g. aluminum fibers, stainless steel fibers, etc. in an amount to give a composition containing preferably >=500 fibers per 1cm<3>, and (C) 1-52pts., preferably 2-35pts. of an oxide or solid solution composed of >=50mol% ZnO compounded with one or more kinds of other metal oxides, e.g. the compound of formula I, formula II, etc. and having particle diameter of 1-50mum, especially 5-20mum, and preferably further with (D) 0.1-2pts., preferably 0.5-1.5pts. of a lubricant selected from a fatty acid amide (e.g. ethylene-bis- stearamide) and a metallic soap (e.g. cadmium stearate).
