摘要 PURPOSE:To attain automatic quantitative segmenting and assured injection independently of the state of a sample by spooning up the powder sample by a pipe-shape sampling spoon having a spoon-like opening part and a shock core and uniformalizing and dropping the excessive sample. CONSTITUTION:The sampling spoon 4 is set up on a spoon setting board 5 to spoon up the powder 1 in a sample tank 2 by the opening part 4' of the spoon 4 and uniformalize and drop the excessive powder by an evening device 3. When the opening part 4' is carried to the position of a container 6, the spoon 4 is inclined around the opening part 4', a steel ball B drops along the pipe in wall of the spoon 4 and collides with the shock core C and the whole sample 1 in the spoon 4 is dropped into the container 6 by the shock. THus, the quantitative segmenting of trace quantity of the sample 1 is executed by a general robot hand on the basis of a fixed sampling operation independently of the status of the sample 1 and the excessive sample 1 can be automatically dropped into the container 6.
