PURPOSE:The title nonsagging repairing agent protected from settling of an abrasion-resistant additive, prepared by adding a specified abrasion-resistant additive to a matrix comprising an epoxy, resin, a curing agent and ceramic cotton. CONSTITUTION:A particulate, powdered or chip abrasion-resistant additive having a specific gravity higher than that of the epoxy resin, such as ceramic cotton, carbon fiber, boron whisker, aramid fiber, SiC, BN or an abrasion- resistant particulate ceramic, is added to a matrix prepared by mixing an epoxy resin with a curing agent (e.g., prim. amine) and ceramic cotton. EFFECT:A paint film or a molding which is uniform along the vertical direction can be formed by preventing settling of an abrasion-resistant additive during curing and peeling-off, etc.,of a film on a vertical surface and, therefore, it is possible to afford perfect repair, reinforcement, etc., against the abrasion, damage, corrosion, etc., of an appliance or equipment, etc. |
