PURPOSE:To attain a crossing constitution independent of the number of crossing devices by applying the crossing for simultaneous write of data to both system devices in a duplex controller by means of the connection of buses with each other and plural gate circuits. CONSTITUTION:A processor 20, a memory 22, a bus connector 17 to connect processor buses of both systems of input/output devices 24 and a gate control circuit 18 controlling the connection form between devices of other system and the connection between devices of the own system are connected to the processor buses 1. Bus connectors 17, 17' are connected by an inter-system connection bus 7 and gate controllers 18, 18' are connected by a signal line 37. The form of crossing is set to a connection mode FF 26 via an instruction decoder 25, a gate control circuit 29 generates gate control signals 34, 35, 36 to apply switching of gates G1, G2, G3 and direction control of signals. |
