PURPOSE:To certainly mount a part in stable state even if insertion pressure is very large by press-engaging a floating base onto a supporting base before the part is press-fitted onto a mounted part. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal plate-shaped supporting base 2 is installed at the top edge of the hand 1 of a robot, and a floating base 4 is loaded in floatable ways onto said supporting base 2. A compressed-air injection head 6 installed onto said floatable base 4 is connected to a compressed-air feeding source through a hose 7. A part mounting mechanism 9 is fixed onto the front surface of a base 8 extending in the erection from the rear edge of the floating base 4. Further, through the through holes on the floating base 4 and the supporting base 2, a holding hook 12 for holding the mounted part is installed at the lower edge of a rotary shaft 11 extending in projection downward. |
