MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED SHEET AND PRODUCTION UNIT THEREOF

PURPOSE:To enable to have excellent external appearance at all times by a method wherein a laminated body is transferred under non-contact state until the surface hardness of the laminated body becomes so hard as no deformation of the laminated body occurs by the contact between the surface of the laminated body and a conveying means. CONSTITUTION:A laminatd body 4 is continuously transferred within a first heating oven 4 under non-contact state due to the pulling force of pull rolls 9 and 9 aso as to proceed the curing of the laminated body 4 to the semi-cured state so far until the surface hardness of the laminated body 4 becomes so hard that the surface does not deform so far as to produce poor external appaerance by contacting with a conveying means. Next, the laminated body 4 is sent to a second heating oven (completely cured zone) 10. In the interior of the heating oven 10, the laminated body 4 is pulled with pull rolls 11 and 11 so as to complete the curing of resin sheet being continuously transferred on guide rolls 6.
