The invention relates to an adjustable rod-type holder for use for cupboards or display stands, which comprises a structure which can be easily installed and has locking pins. The device comprises an integral form with smooth surfaces and this results in safety and easy handling for the user. For a house owner or trades person the invention makes possible a convenient changing of the height of holding rods.
