PURPOSE:To prevent curling and deterioration of ink receptivity by covering the surface of a printing resin plate with a thermoplastic resin film to insulate the surface from the external air. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the printing resin plate is covered with a thermoplastic resin film to insulator its surface from the external air. It is preferred for the thermoplastic resin film to satisfy the following requirements: Water absorptivity measured by the ASTM Testing Method ZO208 of <=50, preferably, 10g/m<2>/0.1mm/24hr; thickness of 5-200mum, preferably, 10-80mum; and elongation of 50-800%, preferably, 150-400%. |
