PURPOSE:To enhance the foamability of a system without exerting significant effect on the solubility and physical properties of the whole of the system, by mixing plural kinds of alkylene glycol alkyl ethers represented by specific general formulae. CONSTITUTION:A compound represented by formula I (wherein l is an integer of 1-5) and a compound represented by formula II (wherein R1 is an 1-5C alkyl group, R2 is a 2-3C alkylene group and m is an integer of 0-20) or a compound represented by formula III (wherein R3 is a 2-6C alkylene group and n is an integer of 1 or more) are compounded to prepare a foaming aid excellent in foamability and foam stability enhancing action. In this case, the mixing ratio of the compound represented by the formula I and the compound represented by the formula II or III is set to about 1/100-100/1, pref., about 1/10-10/1. |
