PURPOSE:To contrive to control stabilized LD oscillation by a method wherein an optical fiber whose closed loop is formed changing to an outside resonator is made to perform optical alignment at one end thereof and the optical fiber, which optical dummy final end is provided at another end of the former optical fiber, are made to perform optical coupling, merely inclining two faces including both respective fibers. CONSTITUTION:The titled system is constituted of a flat face, containing an optical fiber 2 of flat single mode whose one end is made to perform optical coupling with LDI and another end possesses an optical dummy final end 4, and another flat face containing a close-loop optical fiber 5, which is loop-shape resonating with objective resonance frequency, inclining to thetao. Accordingly, light oscillated by LDI is coupled with the optical fiber 2 and within the optical frequency, (f0) resonates with closed-loop optical fiber 5 and + or -DELTAf, which does not resonate with the closed-loop optical fiber 5, is absorbed to the optical dummy end. Thereby, the control of laser diode resonance frequency is made easy, furthermore optical coupling operation is made simple, thereby there is an advantage not to be influenced by environmental condition. |
