PURPOSE:To obtain a high-speed, low-running cost electrifying transfer device free of discontinuation of operation by separating a heating sheet from a heat- melt ink. CONSTITUTION:A heating sheet 10 of an endless loop form is turned by rotary transfer mechanism 11 and 12 in such a way that the resistor layer 4 of the sheet 10 comes into contact with an electrode unit 14. The sheet 10 is put between a drum 13 for forming ink layer and the unit 14. The layer 4 is locally heated by signals from the unit 14. Melted ink 5 in an ink tank 15 forms smooth ink layer 6 on the surface of the drum 13 all the time by rotation of the drum 13. The local heating the layer 4 is conducted by the layer 3 of the sheet 10 to the ink layer 6, and the ink 16 is melted in spots and transferred to the layer 3 of the sheet 10. The sheet 10 is pressed with a recording paper 17 between a heating mechanism 18 and a presser 19, and the ink 16 is again melted and transferred to the paper 17 in the form of spotted ink 20. |
