PURPOSE:To shorten the restarting processing time of the application program by setting the releasing environment of the data base/data set, using the back- out file, returning the data base/data set to the state before the renewal and making it into the waiting state. CONSTITUTION:An application program APL, when it is started, actually executes the renewing of the data base/data set, and the data before the renewal are stored into a back-out BACK-OUT file. When abnormalities are detected, the task of the back-out processing program is posted, and the processing is continued. The back-out processing program is a waiting state until the task is posted. When the task is posted, the recovering environment of the data base/data set is set, by using the back-out file, the data base/data set 1 is returned to the state before the renewal and thereafter, the waiting state is obtained. |
