PURPOSE:To improve the operation and obtain the titled easily eatable food having good storage stability, by dissolving fine powder of eggshell in edible vinegar or another organic acid solution, mixing egg liquid and antioxidant therewith, drying the resultant mixture, and molding the dried mixture into a tablet or pill. CONSTITUTION:Eggshell is washed, and water is removed therefrom. The eggshell is then dried and pulverized in a pulverizer to give fine eggshell powder, which is dipped in edible vinegar such as rice vinegar or a solution of another organic acid, e.g. ascorbic acid, agitated and dissolved. Egg liquid and a small amount of an antioxidant such as natural vitamin E are mixed with the resultant solution, and the resultant solution is then dried to afford SUTAMAGO (mixture solution of eggshell in an organic acid solution such as edible vinegar with egg liquid) powder. The resultant SUTAMAGO powder is then molded into a tablet or pill by a tableting machine or pill finisher and give the aimed nourishing food. |
