PURPOSE:To find easily and quickly the required recognition result from displayed plural candidate words by obtaining plural candidate words based on the result of the recognition of an input signal, and displaying of the said words according to a prescribed sequence related to at least one of the attribute values of an attribute value storing part. CONSTITUTION:A speech recognizing part 102 recognizes a voice inputted in a microphone 101 and obtains plural candidate words based on the result of the recognition, and outputs them to a recognition-result discriminating part 103. The discriminating part 103 reads out the internal codes of the candidates of the said candidate words that are stored in advance in the attribute storing part 104, and displays a character-string in the sequence of the said internal codes in a displaying part 105, by which the tentative words are displayed in the order of 50-sound system (Japanese linguistic phonetic system). Therefore, the operator can easily find the required recognition result from the displayed candidate words.
