PURPOSE:To prevent jarring reaction of both a core and a click portion by elastically clamping one hook portion of a plural-turn torsion spring from both sides by the core and the click portion by action of an about one-turn torsion spring. CONSTITUTION:An about one-turn torsion spring 7 is disposed in such a manner as to be pressed to the inner wall of a stopper case 1 similarly to a plural-turn torsion spring 2. One hook portion 7a is engaged with one side end portion 3b of a core 3, and the other hook portion 7a is engaged with a side end portion 5b of a click portion 5a opposite to the side end portion 3b. In this arrangement, the core 3 is clamped between a hook portion on 2b of the plural-turn torsion spring 2 and the hook portion 7a of the one-turn torsion 7 spring to prevent occurrence of jarring reaction.
