PURPOSE:To make a feeding system linear and shorter, by feeding a resin material to a bottom force by the relative movement of an extrusion die and an extruder. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed amount of a fluidized resin material is stored in an accumulator 4. A supply port 20 is moved forward by a moving means 30 to a supply starting point of a bottom force 7, and the width of the opening is matched to the width of the molding surface of the bottom force 7 by opening/closing rods 23, 23 of a configuration changing means 21. An on-off valve 40 is opened to bring an extruder 3 and an extrusion die 5 near together by a displacing means 39. An extrusion pipe 16 is moved forward in the accumulator 4 to supply the resin material to the bottom force 7. A truck 29 is retracted by the moving means 36 to retract the supply port 20. The opening/closing rods 23, 23 are retracted to change the opening in accordance with the width of the intended item that is moved, and the resin material having a crosssectional shape corresponding to the intended item is supplied to the bottom force 7. Accordingly, the system of feeding the resin material from the extruder can be made linear and shorter. |
