PURPOSE:To improve a feeling of driving comfortableness and running stability ever so better, by improving the constitution of a hydraulic circuit, while making a proper damping action performable in time of running on an ordinary road, in case of a suspension having made its compression holding function demonstrable to a shock absorbing hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A car suspension fitly installs a piston 1c partitively forming oil chambers A and B to be interconned to the inside of a cylinder 1a via a check valve 1d, and feeds pressure oil out of a pressure oil source to the oil chamber A at the rod side via a passage 4 and a check valve 7. In this case, a rod cover 1e of a hydraulic cylinder 1 is provided with a popper 10 to be moved open against a spring 100 by dint of the pressure oil out of the oil chamber A at the rod side, and a damping valve 10 to secure damping force commensurate to valve opening in time of this opening motion is set up. In addition, an operate check valve 11 approving of the actuation of the damping valve 10 is connected to this damping valve 10, while the said valve 11 is kept up in a state of being opened at a time when the pilot pressure is fed. |
