摘要

PURPOSE:To perform the updating of display at a high speed owing to changes of on-line information through transfer of the on-line information only, by performing binary control with the graphic information controlled by a CRT and a host computer after dividing it into the on-line information and the off-line information. CONSTITUTION:A host computer 2 stores the on-line information related to the color of display and the off-line information related to the graphic element and the attribute element into an auxiliary memory 9. A CRT1 handles the on-line and off-line information independently of each other to store them in a segment buffer 5. For instance, the display color data stored so far in the buffer 5 is updated by the on-line information delivered in case the information on the change of the display color is given from the computer 2 while the off-line information is stored in the buffer 5.
