Shoes with soles of two layers of material with two different properties, e.g. a compact outer sole of two-component PU and a middle sole of PU foam of a different colour are mfd. on a machine with a first extruder for the outer sole between a female die and a cover plate. The cover is raised and the die is moved sideways to another hydraulic piston where the ring with the last is lowered on it and the second extruder injects the PU foam. At the same time the first station injects the material for another outer sole. |
