PURPOSE:To increase the securing force between a bobbin and a coil by coating the outer periphery of a coil with a thermal shrinkable base material coated with thermoset adhesive, shrinking the base material, and extruding an adhesive toward a bobbin collar direction of the both ends of the coil. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 1 molded of an insulating resin or molded integrally with a core 3 is provided on the outer periphery of a magnetic circuit forming core 3 composed by laminating iron plates. A generating coil 2 of a magneto- generator is wound on the bobbin 1. A thermally shrinkable tape 4 as a thermally shrinkable base material coated with thermoset adhesive 4b at one side is wound on the outer periphery. The tape 4a is heated, and excess adhesive 4b is extruded toward the collar 2a of the bobbin 1 at both ends of the coil. |
