PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be prepared e.g. by reacting (A) the compound of formula II (e.g. KA-6606 I) (the amino group other than 4-side chain amino group may be protected) with (B) the compound of formula HO-A-H (A is amino acid residue or dipeptide residue) (e.g. tryptophan) (the functional groups except for one carboxyl group may be protected) or its reactive derivative at the carboxyl group, and if necessary, eliminating the protective groups.</p> |
