PURPOSE:To perform winding process stably by a method wherein a toroidal core is held on a specified position while a guide bush on the side of inserting chuck of core winding pore, a guide pipe opposing thereto and a chuck swiveling around the core are respectively provided. CONSTITUTION:A toroidal core fixed on a head base is held on a specified position by a holding means 1. An inserting chuck 3 to insert a conductor 2 into a winding pore is provided on the feeding side of conductor 2 seen from core position while a guide bush 4 is provided near the core. Besides a guide pipe 5 is provided on the opposite side of guide bush 4 seen from the core. A swiveling means 6 chucks the end part of conductor 2 guided and held by a guiding pipe 5 by a swiveling chuck 39 and after swiveling along the periphery of core winding part, delivers the end part of conductor 2 to the inserting chuck 3. A terminal chuck 7 may prevent the conductor 2 from running off or slacking during coil winding process. |
