PURPOSE:To continue voice storage/reproduction to a subscriber even when the control section of an exchange is faulty by providing a means storing or reproducing voice to a voice storage device independently of the automatic exchange. CONSTITUTION:Formatting control information C1-Cn is stored in a storage section 10 in a voice storage device 2 and queues 12 ad 13 are provided between control lines 8, 11 and a voice signal circuit 9. Thus, if the active system of a central controller 3 is faulty in the process of reproduction and the standby system takes over the operation, the controller 3 of the standby system applies initial setting of only a command during setting to the queue 12 via a control line 8. Thus, the device 2 continues automonously the reproduction processing of a notice message and sets the reproduction end notice to the queue 13 as soon as the processing is finished. The controller 3 of the standby system extracts the reproduction end notice to the queue 13 via the control line 11 to release the connection between a subscriber 1 and the device 2. |
