PURPOSE:To prevent simply a stator from rotation by providing a plurality of projecting streaks extending axially on the outer peripheral wall of a back casing and the inner or outer peripheral wall of a frame to fit the projecting streaks of the back casing into recesses in the stator. CONSTITUTION:A frame 16 for covering the outer periphery of a stator 5 and a back casing 17 in a pump chamber 5 for defining separately the stator 6 and a rotor 7 in the water-tight manner are molded integrally with resin to provide a body case 15 in which a plurality of projecting streaks 27, 28 extending axially of the outer peripheral wall of the back casing 17 and the inner peripheral wall of the frame 16 are provided at predetermined intervals. Thus, since the stator engages the projecting streaks of the back casing to prevent the stator from rotation, the rotation stopping operation is not needed.
