PURPOSE:To enable a paper to be surely delivered from the lowermost paper of a paper stack for a paper delivery device by forming a delivery controller extending inward from both sides of the paper delivery outlet of a paper container on both sides of the outlet. CONSTITUTION:When a paper delivery mechanism 12 is operated, the lowermost paper A1 is moved toward the middle of a paper container 20 against a delivery controller 26 provided on both sides of a paper delivery outlet 24b of the paper container 20 and delivered by a rubber belt 12c through the outlet 24b. At this time, the delivery of a paper A2 right above the lowermost paper A1 is prohibited by the delivery controller 26. Therefore the papers A are delivered in turn one by one from the lowermost paper A1.
