PURPOSE:To improve a rotor in the die-releasing property preventing the rotor from being deformed, by a method wherein the rotor core is arranged between metal molds so that the die-releasing operation of the cast rotor does not form resistance by the burr formed on the die-releasing of the rotor core when the rotor is die-cast. CONSTITUTION:A rotor core 4 is die-cast to be arranged between metal molds 1 and intermediate molds 2, and a slot bar 8, an end ring 9 and a blade 10 are formed to be integrated together, then, after die-cast, the cast rotor is extruded in the direction opposite to the burr 6 formed on the releasing of each trimming plate 4a of the rotor core 4. As a result, the rotor can be easily extruded through the metal mold, because the rotor does not form resistance by the burr 6 even if the rotor core 4 is expanded by heat after die-cast. |
