PURPOSE:To output a differential pressure signal receiving the compensation of the variation in temp., by guiding first measuring pressure to the seal liquid of one of two capacity apparatuses arranged in close vicinity to each other while guiding second measuring pressure to the seal liquid of the other capacity apparatus and detecting the change in the dielectric constant of capacity. CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 is divided into an electrode chamber 1e receiving pressure P1 and an electrode chamber 1f receiving pressure P2 by a partition wall 1d. Fixed electrodes 6d, 6c are fixed to the insulating materials 5c, 5d arranged in opposed relationship in the electrode chamber 1e so as to be diagonally arranged through a seal liquid 4a. Fixed electrodes 6e, 6f are fixed to the insulating materials 5e, 5f arranged in opposed relationship in the electrode chamber 1f so as to be arranged in opposed relation to each other through a seal liquid 4b. The electrode 6c is connected to an electrode terminal T1 and the electrode 6e to an electrode terminal T2 and the electrodes 6d, 6f are guided to an electrode terminal Tc connected in common, and electrostatic capacity C1 formed of the electrodes 6c, 6d from the terminals Tc, T1 and electrostatic capacity C2 formed of the electrodes 6c, 6f from the terminals Tc, T2 are detected and operated by an operator 1. |
