PURPOSE:To make a submergible cutting tool sufficiently show the performance without polluting the water around it and moreover at any water depth by using a motor driven to rotate in pressured water as a driving source of a rotary tool. CONSTITUTION:An impact rotary cutting tool is composed of a well-known motor M used as a driver, in addition, a pressure fluid control valve V a rotary direction switching mechanism C, and a hammer mechanism H with them attached to the motor. The device is provided with two handles 57 and 74 to improve the efficiency. The handle 57 is connected to a high pressure water source, and the opening and closing mechanism of the valve V controls the flow of the fluid. The handle 74 is provided with an elastic member 16 for measuring pressure balance preventing the lubricating oil or the like in the device from leakage to outside. |
