PURPOSE:To make it possible to store a wiper with no rattling, by setting a predetermined assembly angle between the arm piece front end section of a wiper arm and the upper edges of both side walls of a primary lever, at the wiper storing position. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle wiper blade is composed of a wiper arm 1 having an arm head 2 whose base end is fitted on and secured to a pivot arm 6 projected from a vehicle body panel 11, and a wiper blade 7 pivotally attached to the front end of arm piece 4 of the wiper arm 1. The wiper blade 7 is arranged such that a U-like locking member 16 formed at the front end 4A of the arm piece is removably and rotatably fitted onto a support shaft 14 bridging between both side walls 12, 13 of a primary lever 8. With this arrangement, the arm piece 4 is coupled to the primary lever 8 with an attaching angle alpha between the front end 4A of the arm piece bridging between both side walls 12, 13, and these upper edges of the both side walls 12, 13 at the wiper storing position.
