PURPOSE:To set up an input voltage at a low level by connecting a resistor to the emitter of a transistor (TR) constituting a current mirror circuit and supplying an input current to a node between the resistor and the emitter. CONSTITUTION:An input current Iin is supplied to an input terminal 11 on the emitter side of the TR Qo and an amplified output current Iout is obtained from an output terminal 14 on the collector side of TRs Q21-Q2n. A bias voltage VB is impressed upon a bias power supply terminal 15. Consequently, the output current Iout becomes a value obtained by multiplying the difference between the bias current Io and the input current Iin by n. Namely, the system is acted as an amplifier. Since the input voltage of the amplifier is the emitter voltage RoX Io of the TR Qo, the input voltage can be set up to a low level on the basis of the values of the bias current and the resistors Ro.
