<p>PURPOSE:To perform calcination continuously, and converting valuable metal to reduced metal efficiently, by revolving a revolving table at lower part of exit of a calcining furnace body, and taking out calcined material by shovelling plate provided on the table. CONSTITUTION:Lumped materials of dust and sludge are thrown into a calcining apparatus 10, and lumped materials 13 at lower part are fired directly. Further, inside of the calcining furnace 11 is held to reducing atmosphere. If calcination is advanced to upper part, and the material 13 at lower part than center part becomes to high temp. fire layer, the revolving table 12 is revolved. The materials 13 are taken out by the table 12 and the shovelling plate 14, and discharged. The material 13 corresponding to the deficiency is thrown into the apparatus 10. Here upon, revolving velocity of the table 12 and quantity of the supplied material 13 are controlled.</p> |
