PURPOSE:To enable the manufacture of a non-adhesive member to be simplified, by providing a pad of various kinds between each adhesive member and applying an adhesive agent respectively to the pad of various kinds and the adhesive and non-adhesive member. CONSTITUTION:A bed 1 is placed and supported onto six leveling members L. The bed 1, for adhesively attaching to its adhesive surface 1a four pads 7a in a thickness t1 and two pads 7b in a thickness t2, applies an adhesive agent, consisting of epoxy resin and a hardening agent, in a 0.05mm thickness. The adhesive surface, applying said adhesive agent, places the pads 7a, 7b. The pad 7a, 7b, after its surface applies an adhesive agent equal to the above described adhesive agent in an equal thickness, places a sliding member 3, further three weights 9 are placed on the sliding member 3 causing elastic deformation. Under this condition, if heat treatment is applied at 100 deg.C for 10min, the adhesive agent, being hardened, adhesively attaches the bed 1 to be integrally formed with the sliding member 3 through the pads 7a, 7b. |
