PURPOSE:To enable to remove the building-up of air around the groove part of a foamed product and consequently cracks at the fillet of the bottom of the groove by a structure wherein at least the upper end portion of a weir part is made gradually thinner upward. CONSTITUTION:At a weir part 9, the protrusion height of which is 30mm or more, at least its upper end portion is made gradually thinner upward. Because the thin-walled part made at the upper end portion of the weir part 9 allows to flow foam smoothly, when the foamed raw material poured in both sides or one side of the weir part 9 flows in foamed manner to the opposite side of the weir, no stagnation of a large amount of foam develops around the weir part. Accordingly, gas causes no building-up of air in a foamed product. In addition, because the provision of thin-walled part at the upper end portion of the weir part eliminates edgy corners at the crest of the weir and building-up of air in the foamed product, the strength of the product is enhanced, resulting in sufficiently effectively preventing cracks in the foamed product due to stress concentration from developing. |
