PURPOSE:To enable multiple recording by recording the first information to be recorded and reproduced using holography by the amplitude and phase of light waves and the second information to be recorded and reproduce by the amplitude and/or wavelength alone of the light waves. CONSTITUTION:The first information is recorded as a rugged pattern corresponding to interference fringes on the surface of a hologram layer 3 of the duplicated releaf type hologram 1. As a support 2, a polyester film is used, as the hologram layer 3, a UV-hardenable resin composed essentially of polyester-acrylate, as a thin metallic film 4, an Sn film made by the vapor deposition process, high in reflectance and thermal deformability, and as a protective layer 5, a 3mum thick acrylate resin used, respectively. The thin film 4 of the hologram 1 is irradiated to condensed laser beams emitted from an He-Ne-laser device to form holes through the film 4 and the second information is recorded, thus permitting the second information to be multiply recorded almost without impairing the first information. |
