PURPOSE:To permit to effect the opening and closing control as well as flow amount control of a pipeline with one set of valve easily by a method wherein primary and secondary paths are opened and closed by the axial movement of a plunger while the flow path resistances of both paths are varied by the pivoting of the plunger. CONSTITUTION:The relative position between a valve body 14 and a bypass port 16a is set by an electric driving means 23 and the opening and closing of a main port 8 as well as the bypass p0rt 16a are effected by the plunger, moved up-and- down by magnetizing and demagnetizing of a coil 22, to communicate or intercept the primary and secondary paths 3, 12. In the case of flow amount control, the coil 22 is demagnetized and the plunger is turned by a predetermined angle by the electric driving means 23, whereby the opening area of a choke hole 14a with respect to the same area of the bypass port 16a is varied and the flow amount control may be effected. |
